Te Whare O te Ata Community House is located in Fairfield and was established in 1986 to support and affirm the Fairfield/Chartwell Community. It is a large house with open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area that is suitable for up to 30 people, and a smaller room suitable for up to five visitors. We have 5 computers available for public use in our lounge.

There is off street parking for 12 cars.  The house has free Wi-Fi, a free public phone for local calls and free Internet access in the lounge.

Hire charge is set at a very low level for community groups to encourage community participation. We are able to do this because Hamilton City Council supports our rental costs.
